Sun Valley had a population of 21,101 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Nevada Business Daily.

Sun Valley is a census-designated place in Nevada. The median age of Sun Valley residents was 34, with 48.8 percent of the total population being female and 51.2 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 2,887,725.
