Census Bureau: More women than men in East Valley in 2017


Of the 1,391 people living in East Valley in 2017, 53.6 percent (746) were women and 46.4 percent (645) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Nevada Business Daily.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 388-to-350. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 206 females and 233 males.
