Wells County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.

The American Legion Post 111 recently built a handicap ramp in front of their building. The construction was done with the help of the CRP (Community Reinvestment Funds) through a partnership with Bluffton NOW! and the City of Bluffton.

A ribbon cutting with the Wells County Chamber of Commerce was held to celebrate the occasion.
